A ll the ice cream varieties from “Fresca Passione” are homemade, using our own recipes. Andrea Foschi monitors and supervises the preparation process, making sure that his recipes are painstakingly reproduced. In this way, our nut ice cream has a genuine nutty taste, our vanilla ice cream tastes like real vanilla and our lemon ice tastes refreshingly lemony.
O ur secret is simple: only the best possible ingredients are used. To quote just one example, our hazelnut ice cream is made with hazelnuts from the Italian region of Piedmont, the best hazelnuts in the world.
F or the preparation of the different flavors only natural ingredients are used, and whenever possible, locally sourced. The ice creams at “Fresca Passione” contain no preservatives, artificial flavour enhancers or colouring of any kind. Instead of fructose or refined sugars, natural sweeteners such as stevia are used. There are varieties of ice cream for lactose or glucose intolerant people, as well as varieties suitable for vegans.
